The Tennessee Valley Chapter of SCI (TVC of SCI) reserves the right to refuse donations, or to use auction or raffle donations at any of it’s functions. If a second full paying guest is required, TVC of SCI will offer this package as a 2 person package with a minimum bid of greater that a full paying guest. Any split return payment will be made 50% within 4-6 weeks following the sell and the remaining 50% upon notification that the hunt has been booked. Donations become property of the TVC of SCI upon acceptance by the TVC of SCI, and are assigned to the buyer or winner upon payment or winner verification, as the case may be. If the TVC of SCI issues a refund to the auction hunt / trip buyer, the outfitter must return the split portion, if any, that he/she received for the donation. If an outfitter sells his/her business after the donation is auctioned, it is the responsibility of the outfitter to inform the new owner of any outstanding donations and ensure that the commitments to the auction buyer are kept. This donation may not be donated or transferred to another party without written permission from the donor / outfitter. The TVC of SCI is not responsible for the donated item or service. Donor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the TVC of SCI, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, attorney’s fees, costs and expenses arising from or in any way related to the donated item or service.
